Prerequisite

  • A GitHub account to share files and documentation (you can sign up for a free account, if you don’t already have one)

Requirements

  • You’re a UX Designer working on a hotel booking mobile application. You’re interested in doing some research into the process of searching for a hotel and making a reservation. You’ll be looking for pain points, opportunities, and touch points.
  • Create a journey map for the process of making a hotel reservation using a mobile app. You’ll want to base this journey map on some method of user research, then you’ll use the journey map to show what you’ve found. Please also include details about your methodology.

Deliverable

  • Upload your journey map and any additional research artifacts or presentation files you would like to be reviewed (how to upload files to GitHub)
  • A GitHub repo with read permissions given to GitHub users rafty8s,bsneider, omnipresent07, and barakstout (how to invite collaborators)
