Prerequisite

  • A GitHub account to share files and documentation (you can sign up for a free account, if you don’t already have one)

Requirements

  • You’re a Lead UX Designer on a team working on developing an innovative new solution for individuals or small teams to manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables (competitors are Monday(dot)com and ClickUp). You want to get to know your future users and their current workflows so you can create a better experience for them.
  • Make a plan for, and carry out, three real user interviews on the subject of managing projects. Aim to pull out specific insights that would inform the features and design of an app like the one in this challenge. Analyze your findings and put together some recommendations and next steps based on what you’ve learned.

Deliverable

  • Upload documentation related to your research plan, interview artifacts, and presentation files you would like to be reviewed as part of this challenge (how to upload files to GitHub)
  • A GitHub repo with read permissions given to GitHub users rafty8s,bsneider, omnipresent07, and barakstout (how to invite collaborators)
